About the job Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative (EU)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Dutch-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking market. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients in Dutch-speaking markets.

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria.

Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1 or native level) and professional English proficiency.

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.

Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
