Job Overview
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is an on-site role suited for customer-focused professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Language Requirements

German: Fluent / Native level

English: Advanced (for internal communication and training)
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, email, chat)

Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support

Provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Follow internal procedures and service guidelines

Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
