Job Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is an on-site role suited for customer-focused professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Language Requirements

  • German: Fluent / Native level

  • English: Advanced (for internal communication and training)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, email, chat)

  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support

  • Provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

  • Follow internal procedures and service guidelines

  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts

  • Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga

  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
