About the job Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – German Speaking (EU)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, primarily Google Ads

Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies

Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and budget optimization

Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure campaigns meet quality, policy, and performance standards

Prepare basic performance reports and optimization insights

Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing goals
Required Qualifications

Fluent German (written and spoken)

Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

Basic understanding of online advertising and performance marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Valid EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads certification

Experience with PPC, paid media, or digital marketing roles

Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement tools

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
