About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, youll build strong relationships with B2B clients in your market, identify new opportunities, and provide tailored digital solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and online meetings to consult, engage, and retain customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level in Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or German.
  • Fluent English (C1) for internal communication.
  • 12 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.
