Job Title: German-Speaking Legal Operations Analyst

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Industry: Video Content Moderation & Legal Support for a Major Streaming Platform

Relocation & Signing Bonuses:

• Relocation Bonus: 2,500 for candidates moving from outside Portugal (within the EU)
• 1,500 for candidates relocating 100 km+ within Portugal
• Signing Bonus available for selected projects

About the Role

Are you fluent in German and interested in law and digital content? Join our team as a Legal Operations Analyst to ensure compliance with legal requirements and support a safe platform for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal requests related to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation
• Ensure compliance with policies and local laws
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date on policy changes

Requirements

• German (C1+) and English (C1)
• Basic knowledge of KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Up to 12 months of content moderation experience is a plus
• EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
