German speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant for a global leading provider with relocation to Barcelona. The role focuses on engaging high-potential advertisers and persuading them to integrate a variety of marketing products into their strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Actively reach out to potential customers to promote and sell services.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
  • Sales Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Follow-up and Response Management: Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Analyze competitor products and services to develop competitive selling strategies.
  • Customer Needs Handling: Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Language Skills: C2 level in German and at least B2 level in English.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is essential.
  • CRM Knowledge: Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in a business context.
  • Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals.
  • Independent yet Team-Player: Ability to work independently but collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proactive and Motivated: A confident, competitive, and proactive mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
