Cross Border Talents is looking for a LATAM Spanish speaking Account Manager for a leading global provider of top class customer experience with relocation to Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary resource for the sales teams and work as the key advisor;
  • Help the sales teams to build, maintain and advance sales stages/pipeline and meeting the required opportunity closure ratio;
  • Close Document Cloud & Creative Cloud for Ent. Deals on target accounts & leads generated through the SMB team;
  • Attain the assigned targets through closing sales deals;
  • Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing net new solutions into accounts in the territory;
  • Perform cold calling;
  • Use your excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets;
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels;
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling;
  • Exceptional customer support skills;
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets;
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • English is required (B2 level), LATAM Spanish native;
  • Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product.

  • Competitive salary: 1560 to 1800 EUR/month x 14 per year (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas)
