Hebrew speaking Content Moderator in Thessaloniki, Greece!

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Bilingual (Hebrew/English) Content Moderator for a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience in Thessaloniki, Greece.

What you will do

• Ensure high quality and safe experience for both people and businesses across the social media apps.
• Keep our online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures.
• You will actively participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community.
• Escalate through appropriate channels any changes that may impact performance to maintain required KPIs.
• You will also adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements.
• You will be reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles. You will then score this content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency. 
• You will be given daily time to participate in wellness activities such as dance parties, fitness challenges, on-site wellness programs, video games, and team development exercises.

Requirements

• At least one year operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment.
• At least high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.

Being a Content Moderator means participating in counselling sessions and other wellness programs:

• All employees will attend wellness coaching sessions to ensure awareness of wellness resources and to ensure job adjustment.
• All employees will attend wellness groups.
