Cross Border Talents is looking for a native Croatian speaking Car Rental Customer Service Agent to work for a leading provider in Athens, Greece!
Activities
- Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments);
- Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);
- Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
- Native/Fluent Croatian speaker;
- Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG);
- Good Problem-Solving Skills;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Familiar with Technology;
- Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have);
- Previous experience in any customer facing role;
- Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable;
- Passionate about customers
