German speaking Customer Support for a global leader in Sofia, Bulgaria

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Consultant to work for one of the global leaders in athletic footwear and apparel in Sofia.

Description:
Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. You'll serve as a consultant to our customers, offering prompt and tailor-suited solutions to questions and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trusted Advisor: Serve as a reliable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
• Query Resolution: Respond efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
• Clear Communication: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication.
• Excellent Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Process Optimization: Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

What You Need:

• Fluency in German (at least B2 level)
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly 
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts
