About the Role
Join our Lisbon-based team for a digital banking project as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will support customers with account management, transactions, and online services while ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound queries (chat, phone, email).
Assist with accounts, payments, and app support. - Deliver professional, empathetic, high-quality service.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction & compliance standards.
Requirements - Irish citizens with C1/C2 English + 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland.
OR
Non-Irish citizens with C1/C2 English + 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland.
Other skills: excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and motivation to relocate.
