About the job French Technical Customer Support (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide Airbnb community.
- Respond professionally and empathetically to all interactions with the community, including urgent situations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, maintaining detailed records of circumstances, investigation outcomes, and rationale for proposed resolutions.
- Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests.
- Re-issue policy documentation when required.
- Complete continuing education or professional development in line with regulatory or relevant minimum competency requirements.
- Manage escalated or urgent calls where the customer may be very upset.
- Handle complex complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Act as a mentor to new ambassadors, assisting with queries outside of the script and providing escalation support on complex cases.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Ability to mentor and support team members.
Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lisbon
