Requirements:

What is it were looking for? Well since this is a Content Moderator we need someone with at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment. What else?

• We also need someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We also need someone who is fluent in English and Ukrainian, must be able to read and speak the language.

Now lets get technical.

• We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy. Someone who has a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.
