**Cross Border Talents** is seeking dedicated and motivated International Airline Support Representatives to join a leading airline support team in **Malta**. Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken), with a proficiency level of C1 in English.
  • Strong communication skills**, including listening, writing, and speaking.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficient with computers; an ECDL certificate is plus.
  • Previous customer care experience is a must.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • Local candidates based in Malta are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Basic Salary:

  • 1st Month (Training): 5.50 per hour
  • From 2nd Month: 7.48 per hour
  • From 7th Month: 7.74 per hour
  • After 12 months (based on performance): 8.21 per hour

- Language Allowance:

  • 600 annually (paid in monthly installments for Italian speakers)
  • KPI (Performance) Bonus:
  • Up to 2,500 per year, based on performance, eligible after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in a professional and timely manner, providing support for flight bookings, cancellations, changes, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related issues.
  2. Address and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
  3. Provide accurate information regarding airline services, policies, and procedures.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering first-class service and support during each interaction.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex queries and provide effective solutions.
  6. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
