Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

Start Date: 2nd December 2024

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary Package: 1,383 gross/month

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Support Representative** to join our clients team in Porto, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the telecom sector, providing top-tier customer support for their telecom products. What We Offer:

- Salary: 1,383 gross/month.

- Meal Allowance: 9 per working day.

- Performance Bonus: 100 per month for the first three months, then based on performance, up to 200/month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

- Support customers with subscription management, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting.

- Provide information and resolve issues related to telecom services, such as product features, service availability, and account management.

- Maintain a positive customer experience, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell telecom products when appropriate.

- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and issues in the system.

Requirements:

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

- Previous customer support experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work **on-site** in Porto, Portugal.

- Flexibility to work in shifts within the provided hours (Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM).
