Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross per month
Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross per month
Sales Bonus: Unlimited earning potential – top performers earn more than €1,000 per month
Signing Bonus: €1,000 (€500 after training and €500 after six months)

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Billing Service Agents to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong German communication skills who enjoy assisting customers, resolving billing-related enquiries, and identifying opportunities to provide additional products or services.

You will support customers with billing questions, explain charges and payment information, and deliver a professional customer experience while contributing to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with billing enquiries and account-related questions.
• Explain invoices, charges, payment methods, and billing procedures clearly.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and account information.
• Follow established procedures, quality guidelines, and performance targets.
• Work towards customer satisfaction and sales objectives.

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in handling billing-related enquiries and explaining financial information.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to work towards sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Saturday.
• Previous experience in customer service, billing, or sales is an advantage.
