Base Salary: €1,400 per month
Language Bonus: €150
Performance Bonus: €100
Additional Benefit: €7 meal allowance per working day

About the Role

We are looking for English and Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, communicating across languages, and delivering high-quality customer service.

In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide accurate information, and help resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch and English through the designated communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets.

Requirements

• Good command of Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: €1,400 per month.
