About the Role

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our client's growing team in Guimarães, Portugal.

This is an excellent opportunity for a French native or fluent speaker who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and providing a high-quality customer experience.

No English is required for this position. Your daily work will be conducted in French.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support in French
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and/or chat
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
• Handle questions, requests and complaints efficiently
• Assist customers with products, services, orders or account-related queries
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent French C2 
• English is NOT required
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality or a similar role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with computer systems and online tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to start ASAP
