Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide professional and efficient customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1-C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Compensation

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
• Unlimited Sales Bonus (Top performers earn more than €1,000/month)

Signing Bonus

• €1,000 Signing Bonus
  • €500 after successful completion of training
  • €500 after 6 months of employment

Relocation Package

• 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation upon arrival
• Up to €255 reimbursement for flight expenses (paid with the first salary)
