We are seeking a CEO to lead a hospital/healthcare facility in Wesley Chapel, Florida. You will drive strategy, operations and financial performance while ensuring exceptional patient care.

• Set and execute the strategic vision for the facility
• Oversee clinical, operational and financial performance
• Lead and develop the executive team
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Build relationships with the board, physicians and community
• Drive growth and patient satisfaction

What we're looking for
Essential

• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience, including executive level
• Proven track record running a hospital or healthcare facility
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Knowledge of US healthcare regulations
• Based in or willing to relocate to Florida

Nice to have

• MHA, MBA or equivalent
• Experience in growth or turnaround environments
