About the job
We are looking for a Content Moderator ( with relocation to Portugal) to join our team for a Project Streaming Service Platform. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content, especially related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other legal matters. You will ensure content complies with our community guidelines and legal standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming platform.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Moderating written content related to fraud, copyright infringement, privacy claims, defamation, and falsification
- Reviewing and processing legal requests in line with client policies and guidelines
- Ensuring all requests are completed within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards
- Monitoring and evaluating user comments, profiles, and other content to identify violations
- Maintaining high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environment
- Reporting and escalating violations when necessary
- You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- C1 level fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Intermediate English skills
- No prior experience required
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hold EU ID or Residence card
