We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their questions, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.

Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.

Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams.

Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.

Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to confidently assist customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Identify patterns in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or products.

Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Languages: German C1 or C2 and English
