About the Role

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, communicating effectively, and providing a positive customer experience.

The successful candidates will handle customer enquiries in Spanish, provide helpful information, and ensure that customers receive professional and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in Spanish through the designated communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain service quality standards.
  • Update customer records and ensure information is accurately documented.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish C2, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Conditions and Benefits

  • Part-time position of 20 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00.
  • Monthly salary of €475.
  • Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
  • No relocation assistance or accommodation provided.
