We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a hospital in New Baltimore, Michigan. You will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance of the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and sustainable growth.

What we're looking for
Essential

• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience, including executive level
• Proven track record running a hospital or large clinical facility
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Knowledge of US healthcare regulations
• Based in or willing to relocate to Michigan

Nice to have

• MHA, MBA or equivalent
• Experience in turnaround or growth environments
