Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account management.
  • Provide professional and customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Start Date: 08 June

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €953 x 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: €100/month (guaranteed during the first 6 months)
  • Attendance Bonus: €25/month
  • Meal Allowance: approximately €126/month (paid in cash)
