About the role
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead our people strategy across the United Kingdom.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HR strategy
• Lead talent acquisition, development and retention
• Drive culture and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law
• Partner with leadership on organisational design
• Oversee compensation and benefits

What we're looking for
Essential

• 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership
• CIPD qualification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Based in the United Kingdom
• Strategic and operational HR expertise

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing or multi-site organisations
• Change management experience
