About the role
We are hiring BCBA Therapists to provide behaviour analysis services to clients in Michigan. You will design and implement behaviour intervention plans and support families and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments
• Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs and behaviour technicians
• Train and support families and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain clinical documentation

What we're looking for
Essential

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children or adults with autism/developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Based in Michigan
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• Experience in home or clinic settings
• Bilingual skills
