Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Operating Hours: 08:00 – 22:00 (London Time)
  • Shift Examples:
    • Monday to Friday: 13:00 – 22:00
    • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 13:00 – 22:00
  • Rotational schedule with two days off per week.

Start Date

  • 19 June

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,100/month
  • Language Bonus: €150/month
  • Performance Bonus: €80/month
  • Meal Allowance: €7/day
