About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide application support for Oracle HCM Compensation.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Compensation modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve compensation application issues
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation
• Collaborate with HR and compensation teams
• Document processes and solutions
• Support upgrades and patches

What we're looking for
Essential

• 4+ years of Oracle HCM Compensation experience
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Based in Gurgaon or Indore, India
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Oracle certifications
• Experience with global compensation
