About the Role

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, communicating effectively, and delivering a positive customer experience.

The successful candidates will assist customers with their enquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a professional and helpful service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in Spanish via the designated communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
• Identify customer needs and ensure enquiries are handled efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information when required.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish C2, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Part-time position: 30 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Monthly salary ranging from €712.50 to €760.
• Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
