Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? We are looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Qormi, Malta.

Position: Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support
Location: Qormi, Malta
Salary: 1,711 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with general product or service-related questions.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work in Qormi, Malta.
