Czech-Speaking Sales & Marketing Agent Social Media Platform in Berlin, Germany

Location: Berlin, Germany (Relocation support available)
Candidates must have EU citizenship or a valid full-time work permit for Germany

About the Role:
We are currently hiring Czech-speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to join a global team supporting one of the worlds largest social media platforms. You will be working from our vibrant office in Berlin, helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage marketing campaigns for existing clients

• Advise clients on achieving advertising goals and improving ROI

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

• Detect trends and escalate complex campaign issues

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of 2,750/month (33,000/year)

• Performance bonus up to 687/month

• Relocation support:

  • Up to 1,500 if moving from outside Germany

  • Up to 700 if relocating within Germany (minimum 100km to Berlin)

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech and strong English (B2 or higher)

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commercial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow

• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
