Position: Digital Travel Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Swedish speaking customer support agent to join our team at one of the world's leading digital travel agencies. 

This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote or a hybrid option in our office located in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients

- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

- Native in Swedish

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with industry trends

- Fluency in English is required at a B2 level minimum

RELOCATION: 

Travel expenses reimbursement of 460 BGN 

Advance salary on request of 1056 BGN NET to be paid out within 5 working days
