Czech-speaking Content Moderator

We are seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria with a start date of the 4th of March

In this role, you will be responsible for moderating content and advertisements across multiple platforms. This may include reviewing sensitive content, such as violence, ensuring that all posts comply with community guidelines and legal standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and respectful online environment for users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content and ads to ensure compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements.

- Identify and assess content that may be inappropriate, harmful, or violate platform standards, including violent content.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and identify trends in violations.

- Provide regular feedback to improve the moderation systems and tools.

- Maintain high-quality standards and be proactive in addressing emerging risks.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Czech as well as English (both written and spoken).

- EU passport or Bulgarian residence card.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content in a professional and calm manner.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe online environment.

- Previous experience in digital content moderation or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Relocation Package:

We offer a comprehensive relocation package to help you settle into Bulgaria:

- 300 BGN rental allowance for the duration of your contract.

- 150 BGN flight reimbursement for your initial travel.

- Real estate agency fee reimbursement to help with finding accommodation.
