Customer Lifecycle Manager
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll:

Be the first point of contact for customers, setting the stage for long-term relationships

Drive the sales process from lead to purchase, overcoming objections, and negotiating success

Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists
-
Engage with small and medium businesses, tailoring cloud solutions to their needs
-
Meet targets, generate opportunities, and maintain high activity to achieve sales success
Requirements:
-
2-3+ years of B2B sales experience
-
Minimum 1 year in the IT industry
-
Proven sales/account management experience
Engagement Manager
As an Engagement Manager, you'll:
-
Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), explaining marketplace value and setting engagement expectations
-
Manage the pipeline and ensure ISVs hit their publication dates with proactive outreach
-
Troubleshoot and support ISVs in overcoming program-related issues
-
Work closely with the technical team to activate consultations and support
Requirements:
-
German and advanced English proficiency
-
2+ years of sales/marketing experience
-
1+ year of IT industry experience
-
Familiar with modern selling techniques and cloud technologies
