What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to expert for all things programmatic leading strategy, building relationships with high-profile clients, and making their digital media investments shine. You'll work with display, video, YouTube, and CTV campaigns, while staying on top of the evolving privacy and advertising landscape.

Your Mission

• Be the trusted advisor for clients and agency partners

• Drive adoption and performance of programmatic media across industries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies

• Deliver expert insights and performance analyses

• Train and educate clients on platforms and the future of digital marketing

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DSPs)

• Background in digital marketing operations or media agency work

• Strong project management and client-facing skills

• Fluent in English and German (C1)

• DV360 knowledge is a must

• Bonus points if you're an Excel wizard ‍️

What's in It for You?

• Base Salary: 39,000-44,000/year

• Language Bonus: 5,000/year

• Performance Bonus: 5% of base

• Transportation Bonus: 720/year

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day (11 months)

• Full relocation support & allowance for candidates moving from abroad

• Remote-first schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
