Croatian speaking Customer support

We are looking for Croatian speaking customer service agents to join our team in Romania! 

As a customer service agent, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Reviewing and annotating data based on provided guidelines and criteria.

• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation.

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations.

• Collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets.

• Adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

• Providing feedback on annotation guidelines and suggesting improvements.

• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. 

Your skills, knowledge and abilities: 

• Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages

• Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies

• A motivated and enthusiastic personality

• Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills

• Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision

• Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors

• Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations

• Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly

• Familiarity with ticketing systems

• Experience with policy work, or help resource project management

• Able to follow guidelines and instructions

• Ability to think outside the box 

What we offer you: 

- Signing Bonus: 1000 Euro Gross (paid in the first 3 months) 500/250/250)

- Performance Bonus: after 3 months is up to 150 Euro Gross, over 12 months up to 200 Euro Gross, After 24 Months up to 250 Euro Gross

- Meal Tickets: 30 RON x working day. (20 worked days meaning 120 Euro of meal tickets, loaded directly on the personal meal tickets card)

- Medical subscription; starting the 2nd month of the employment (ex, if the candidate will join on September 23rd, the subscription will start form the 1st of October)


Relocation support: 

- Accommodation: 6 months (3 months in our accommodations + 3 months of rent allowance of 500 Euro Gross x month)
- Transportation: fees from the current location are fully covered  (plane ticket, bus, train)
