We're looking for motivated Croatian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our team and provide world-class support to customers from around the globe. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Help customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and navigating company services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals.
• Provide a friendly and professional experience with every interaction.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Croatian speaker (spoken & written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• EU citizenship or residency permit with Full Market Access.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Athens (remote option may be available after 3 months, depending on conditions).
