What We’re Looking For

✅ Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken)
✅ Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication
✅ Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
✅ Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
✅ Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must
✅ Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn!
