What Youll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Guide customers through company services, policies, and processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
  • Work closely with team members and managers to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality service.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required we provide full training!
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
