• Full-Time
• On-Site Position
• Local candidates in Spain only

🕒 Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 → 8 openings
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 → 7 openings
• Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 → 5 openings

💼 Your Daily Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Solve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Document customer interactions and follow internal processes
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the best customer experience

✅ What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent German skills (C1/C2)
• B2 Level of Spanish
• Good level of English
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in Spain
