Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Payment Support (Mandarin Speaker)
We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Payment Support Team based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for candidates with prior customer service experience and a background in KYC, financial services, or banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support related to payment inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with transaction issues, payment status, account verification, and service requests
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Support KYC verification processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations when required
- Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs
Requirements:
- Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills
- Prior Customer Service experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- KYC / Financial / Banking experience is a must
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
- Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
Working Schedule:
- Rotational Shift 24/7
- 5 working days, 2 days off
