Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Native  or C1 Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
