Key Responsibilities
- Host and present live casino games on camera
- Provide a professional and engaging player experience
- Interact with players in a friendly and energetic manner
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with an international team
Requirements
- Dutch (Native/C2/C1) + English (minimum B2)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in front of the camera
- Flexible and willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- No previous experience required – full training provided
Work Schedule
- 24/7 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (35 hours/week, with possibility to increase up to 40 hours)
- 2–3 days off per week
- Monthly schedule provided 2 weeks in advance
- Flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues
Shift Times:
- Morning: 07:55 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
- Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)
Salary & Bonuses
- Fixed Salary: €1,500 gross/month
- Language Bonus: €4/hour (based on Dutch camera hours)
- Performance Bonus: €0 – €3/hour
- Estimated Total Salary: €1,850 – €2,100 gross/month
Relocation Package
- Paid flight ticket to Madrid
- Temporary accommodation for the first 25 days

Relocation bonus of €1,500:
- €1,000 with the first salary
- €500 with the second salary
- Assistance with administrative processes (NIE, Social Security Number, etc.)
Training (Academy)
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
- Focus on game training and performance standards
Payback Agreement:
Training cost (€1,200) applies if leaving early:
- After 1 month: €1,000 deducted
- After 2 months: €800 deducted
- After 3 months: €600 deducted
- After 4 months: €400 deducted
- After 5 months: €200 deducted
- After 6 months: no deduction
