Junior Turkish Speaking Content Moderator

About the Role

As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating content and advertisements posted on our platform. This role is crucial in identifying and managing sensitive or potentially harmful content, including material that may involve violence or policy violations.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Review, moderate, and take action on user-generated content, ads, images, videos, and text to ensure they comply with platform guidelines

• 🚨 Identify and escalate violations, including sensitive content that may involve violence or abuse

• 📊 Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while working with large volumes of content

• 🧾 Ensure consistent application of internal policies and community standards

• 📣 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trust and safety measures across the platform

• 🗂 Provide clear documentation and maintain accurate records of moderated content

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)

• Comfortable working with and analyzing potentially sensitive or disturbing content

• High level of resilience, discretion, and emotional intelligence

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Prior experience in content moderation, digital safety, or a similar field is a plus
