Responsibilities

Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Qualify leads and understand their needs before scheduling a meeting.

Book sales meetings and follow up on confirmations.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of prospects.

Achieve daily and weekly booking targets.

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements

Fluency in Danish (C1) and strong English skills (B2).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer contact, or sales is an advantage.

Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
