German Speaking Junior Content Moderator

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and moderate content in German according to company guidelines.

• Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.

• Apply content policies consistently and accurately.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.

• Maintain high quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Native or C1 level German.

• English B2 level or higher.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

• Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
