About the job French Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities

🧠Provide outstanding customer care via phone, chat, and email in French and English
 Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues -
💬 Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

🛠Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner

😟 Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction

🧾 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures
What We’re Looking For

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer support is a plus
