Key Responsibilities

  • 🧭 Provide outstanding customer care via phone, chat, and email in French and English

     Assist with account creation and resolve any related issues
  • 💬 Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

  • 🛠 Troubleshoot and resolve general support queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • 😟 Handle and de-escalate complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • 🧾 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficient with digital tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
