Junior German Speaking Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and moderate online content in German
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
• No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
