Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Austrian German.

Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions in line with company procedures.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.

Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal processes.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

Native or C2 level Austrian German.

English B2 level or higher.

Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
