Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Austrian German.

  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions in line with company procedures.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs, quality, productivity).

  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience at all times.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level Austrian German.

  • English B2 level or higher.

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
